- Do you provide tracking information? Yes, as soon as we ship your order we will email you the tracking information! Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email from us.
- How long does shipping take? Due to high demand of our products, please allow up to 4-7 business days for U.S. shipping and 10-20 business days for international shipping.
- Why didn't my order come in one package? We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
- What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit card companies as well as PayPal.
